Q: WooCommerce integration
Is it a real integration or just the 2 triggers.
For e-commerce integration, we need all the customer and sale data and product image in Encharge.

The WooCommerce integration in Encharge (available on Tier 6) is a real, native integration, not just two triggers. It includes triggers like "Order Created" and "Order Completed," but it goes much further.
You get full customer data sync, including customer name, email, billing and shipping details, as well as complete order details like product names, SKUs, variants, order total, payment method, quantity, and even product images.
This means you can build advanced eCommerce automations directly in Encharge — think post-purchase upsells, review requests, loyalty campaigns, and more — all powered by real customer and product data.

✅ Post-Purchase Upsell Flow:
• Trigger: Order Completed
• Segment: Customers who bought [Product A] but not [Product B]
• Action: Send an upsell email with a discount on [Product B]

So, Abandoned Cart Recovery is not working with WooCommerce?
Can you show a screenshot with the email designer and the images from the shop purchase?
I double-checked, and currently, Abandoned Cart Recovery isn’t supported natively with either WooCommerce or Shopify in Encharge. It’s a complex feature we haven’t built yet.
This make the whole integration worthless.
