Q: wordpress contact page - Encharge options

I have a contact page set up in a WP site and I want the details to be sent to Encharge and also for the message they sent to go to an alias inbox in my google workspace.

a)I wanted to know what options I have to pull this off -

b )Please also tell me if the Encharge native forms can be embedded into the same contact form page in WP. Must I switch out the wordpress one to do that?

c) p.s can I use Albato to do this and just link the contact form already build on the WP page ?

A: Heya!

✅ a) What are my options to send WP contact form submissions to Encharge and also route them to a Google Workspace alias?

Here’s what you can do:

Option 1: Use Albato to sync your existing WordPress form to Encharge
• Albato integrates with a lot of WP form plugins (e.g. Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms).
• You can create an automation in Albato that:
• Sends form data to Encharge via our “Form Submitted” trigger (using Webhook or direct Albato-Encharge integration)
• Sends the same data to a Google Workspace alias using an email step or Gmail integration

This option lets you keep your existing form 🎉

Option 2: Switch to an Encharge native form
• Our native forms can be embedded directly in WordPress — yes, even on your current Contact page.
• You would need to replace your current WP form to do this.
• Native forms support:
• Contact capture directly into Encharge
• Double opt-in (optional)

If you want the most seamless Encharge integration — this is it. But it requires replacing your existing form.

✅ b) Can I embed an Encharge form into my existing Contact page?

Yes! You can embed Encharge native forms into any page on your WordPress site — including your existing Contact page. But...

👉 You’ll need to remove your current form and replace it with the Encharge form embed.

There’s no “merge” option — it’s one or the other. But you can style and customize Encharge forms quite a bit (form builder is built in).

✅ c) Can I use Albato with my current WP form?

Yes, as long as your form plugin is supported by Albato — or has a webhook option you can pass to Albato. That’s probably the least disruptive path if your form is working well.

Albato lets you:
• Capture and send form data to Encharge
• Send notifications/emails to your Google Workspace alias
• Trigger other steps if needed

If you’re already an Albato user, this might be the fastest win ✅

Final thoughts

If you want:
• Zero change to your existing WP form → Go with Albato or a plugin + Webhook setup
• Deepest Encharge-native integration → Use Encharge native forms (requires form swap)
• Both Encharge and alias email routing → All of the above support that via automation tools
