Extremely Intuitive and User-Friendly Interface:

The interface is simple and friendly, so I do not feel lost even when building large flows. Everything is laid out clearly with drag-and-drop ease, making complex automation feel approachable.

Powerful Segmentation and Targeting:

The segmentation and behavior tracking are powerful, which let me send very targeted messages instead of generic blasts. This makes my emails more effective because they feel personal.

Advanced Analytics for Funnel Performance:

The analytics give me deep insights into funnel performance that I could not get with simpler tools like Flodesk. I can see exactly where people drop off and what is working.

Beautiful Email Design Without Coding:

Creating beautiful, professional emails is easy with the drag-and-drop email builder. I do not need design skills or HTML knowledge to make branded emails that look great.

Smooth Migration from Other Platforms:

Moving from other tools feels smooth because of the way contacts and automations can be re-created and organized. The platform makes it easy to import my existing contacts and rebuild my workflows.

Encourages Legal and Ethical Email Marketing:

The tool actively encourages legal use of marketing emails with built-in compliance features. This helps me stay on the right side of regulations without extra work.

Limited Native Integrations:

Some important tools do not have direct, native integrations, so I often have to rely on External Automation or webhooks to connect everything. This means more setup time and potentially extra costs.

Basic Form Features:

The built-in form options are quite basic and do not support things like tag-based opt-ins or using images inside the forms, which limits what I can do without extra tools. I have to use external form builders for advanced lead capture.

Occasional Delays and Slow Updates:

There have been reports of occasional email sending delays and slow handling of small feature requests in the interface, which may bother people who expect quick changes on minor details. Small improvements can take months to roll out.

The platform is feature-rich, and caters to most of the basic email marketing needs. Creating new emails is straightforward, and the interface is quite user friendly, too.
However, I found myself spending more time in Encharge than in other platforms due to some lacking features that, when added, will make email editing much, much faster.

Suggested Features: ability to create and save custom multimedia blocks that can be saved and used easily. For Example: footers (text, image, and social links combined) are reused across emails, so making them easy to repeat makes sense across many, many use cases.

Additionally, using \ or / to bring up commands like adding variables, text, or other block content (similar to Notion) would make editing emails faster.

Combo of the two = able to insert a frequently used block (like footer, company logo or even small campaign advert) MUCH more easily across emails.

Adding those features would make this 5 tacos, hands down.
Still: a very solid buy.

Our experience with Encharge has been frustrating and unproductive. The support system relies heavily on AI-generated responses, which often miss the mark entirely. It took five separate attempts just to receive a relevant reply—an unacceptable delay when your business depends on timely and effective email communication.

The platform appears to be responsive only during promotional or sales periods, leaving users without adequate support when it's most needed. More concerning is their rigid and unclear policy enforcement: even when emailing contacts who have publicly and explicitly consented to communication, Encharge may still flag your campaigns as violations. They do not seem to distinguish between cold emails and legitimate outreach to opted-in recipients [GDPR/unsubscribe options].

Worse, they may freeze your account and demand detailed business disclosures, which can be particularly burdensome especically when a bootstrapped startups starts policing. This level of scrutiny, paired with inconsistent support and unclear guidelines, makes it difficult to operate confidently on the platform.

If your business relies on email marketing, I would strongly advise exploring more transparent and responsive alternatives.

I switched from Flodesk to this because I was struggling to understand my funnel performance without more advanced analytics and personalization on each step. So far, I love it! Everything is very intuitive and easy to build and the customization for the flows is amazing. Beautiful emails are also really easy to build with the drag and drop builder. The forms are a bit primitive right now and lack some features that I'd really like to see (options to opt into specific tags/segments and including images with forms), but as the software matures, I'm sure those will be added. Very happy customer so far.

I ran my first Email blast and was nicely surprised with all the features this application has. I also like that the tool encourages legal use of marketing emails.
