I emailed support a few times and no response. I set up a meeting and no one showed. Your confirmation to meet does not state if the time translates to EST, MST, etc. - just Singapore. I went on at several times to no avail. I have projects that need to be sent and this lack of support is delaying it. I need to have questions answered and want to speak to someone - can you help, please?

I noticed that the team has responded to you on the single domain limitation, and this is an expected behaviour - and not a broken functionality. If you have come across a feature that doesn't work, a support ticket would be the best way for us to help you.
Q: Landing page - Cannot upload a vid - motion graphic mp4 clip
I tried to upload a motion graphic. it is an editable (canva) file . There is a VID tab in the creator page but when i try to upload it ( its an mp4) it says there is an error.
please give instructions on how to do this

I looked at your site to see if you offer SMS in addition to email, but didn't see anything about it. Is SMS on your roadmap (as most email SaaS providers offer SMS these days)?
