Q: Multibrand campaigns
Hi Jeffri,
I'm interested in Enginemailer and have a few questions to help me decide:
1. We have several brand identities (under 1 legal entity --> a holding company) to send the email campaigns from, can we get 1 license tier 6 or do we need to get several license tier 1 or 2? If we can get 1 or 2 license tier 6 to accommodate our needs across brands, can we isolate user access for different people to manage different brands' campaigns to avoid contamination?
2. Can we send campaigns from different emails and from different email domains under the same brand? Must the email domains be identical? For example, we have brand.com and brand. org. Can we send emails from john@brand.com and jane@brand.org under the same brand and business entity?
Thank you!

1) It is recommended that you get several smaller tier licenses for the different brands. This will not only allow you to isolate the databases, but also have control over who you want to allow access to each of the brands. Each instance can have multiple users.
2) Each AppSumo account is limited to a single sending domain, so separating the brands will be ideal.
And I'm testing Enginemailer now. How do I add team members? Not seeing it in the dashboard. Or is it because I'm in the free plan at the moment?
The multi-user feature is only available on paid plans. All AppSumo plans will fall into this category.
