Q: NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

Good morning,

I emailed support a few times and no response. I set up a meeting and no one showed. Your confirmation to meet does not state if the time translates to EST, MST, etc. - just Singapore. I went on at several times to no avail. I have projects that need to be sent and this lack of support is delaying it. I need to have questions answered and want to speak to someone - can you help, please?
