I have a question concerning API. Is it possible to access my clients in Erxes via API or in the contrary, if Erxes can write data to third system database. We have Email marketing similar to mailchimp or other systems. Can we connect Erxes with our system? (Correctsender.com)

We have webhooks, both incoming and outgoing.
Incoming: - updating contact and company profiles
Outgoing: - contact and company profile updates - form submissions - knowledgebase article updates - conversation updates
Hi there. For now only one phone number can be claimed for one account, regardless of the code amount. However, in the near future we will be revamping our SMS model and allow users to claim multiple numbers for your account. The pricing for that feature is not yet finalized. So in summary, for now it's 1 number per 1 account. In the future, multiple numbers are possible for 1 account.

To address your first question, yes, if you were to send out a flat, fixed number of 400,000 emails it would require that you obtain more emails from our pricing plan. We can help you configure that through email correspondence if you'd like. But seeing as your organization seems to be a moderately large one, we can also recommend our open source...
