The app was offline for several days, so no way to submit a ticket. It was until AppSumo support had to help to get it back online. I really don’t feel confident using the app, since it could be shoot down without any previous notice.
Hello AppSumo Team, I´d like to know if this app is still working or if it´s possible to get a refund if not. When trying to login I get a certificate error. Contacted support, but haven´t heard back. Can I still buy AppSumo plus in to get full refund if necessary? Thanks.

One of my clients sent me feedback that they did not receive an email with the contract.
How can I resend the email to them without a need for restarting the entire process?

You need to enter the signatures section on your Etikimza panel and detail the process. Then, you can trigger the email sending by clicking on the re-send option from the settings gear icon in the signers tab.
