Q: How to redeem the codes?

Hello 👋🏼

I purchased this deal, but the redemption page was a mess and it didn't work. I have sent two emails to the email you indicate bellow in other comments but I haven't gotten a reply, can you please come back to me?

Q: Whitelabel Question

When someone gets an invite to a public brand identity, and white label has been set up and activated, is there Ethos branding on the login screen?

In other words, besides the backend, can it be set up so that clients don't see any Ethos branding?

A: Hey Sixfootgeek,

If you invite someone to a public Brand Showroom, they won’t see any Ethos branding or a login screen as long as whitelisting is set up. It will feel like a fully branded, client-facing experience.

If you invite a client to join your Ethos account as an editor, they will see the Ethos platform and branding, since that gives them access to the backend.

Q: The 20 MB asset limit is per brand?

The 20 MB asset limit is per brand? So if i have 10 brands in my white label its 10 x 20MB?
Also if i run out of space can i purchase extra?
What is the google drive integration for that you planning to impliment?

A: Hey Rob,

The 20 MB limit is per individual asset. There’s no cap on how many assets you can upload to a Brand Showroom overall. The 20 MB per asset limit applies across all of your brands.

We also have Google Drive and Dropbox integrations, so you can sync files directly from your accounts into Ethos.
