Reply: Thanks for getting back to me. I saw the new files repository, but I recommend organizing it better by having a separate dropdown for each showroom instead of showing all files together. Regarding the instant showroom from URL, I only recently noticed it, and it wasn’t very obvious, possibly because of the button color and placement. I suggest moving it to the create showroom section. This way, users can select a template and choose whether to create manually or from a URL in one place, which would improve the user experience.
The URL-to-showroom feature is a great idea, but in most cases I tested, the wrong logo or incorrect colors were pulled in, sometimes just one color. It could speed up the process but needs some TLC to work better.
One feature I'd love to see is the ability to search for fonts by name within your tool and add them directly to the showroom instead of uploading fonts. Another AppSumo tool I use called Brandsbay does this well.

Finally, I suggest you send newsletters to customers when new updates are introduced so we know what’s new.

WOW. As someone for whom design and visual organization are not just nice to have, but a MUST, I'm thrilled to have found Ethos. I understand not allowing video assets due to load - but that's the ONLY reason I didn't give this 5 tacos. The interface is gorgeous, simple, well organized and straightforward.
