Is that usual? my account is under a different email, I've created a test event and it is still showing in the dashboard but when I create a new one, its asking to join. also the settings option is also disabled. I event sent a message a while ago and never got a reply regarding the Early Domain Access" I tried it but the domain name never changed...
I will use the platform soon for an event and I am now thinking twice about it since there's been quite a few issues ever since I purchased the package. Is anyone still following up with site, are you going to shut down? please let us know. thank you

We'll consider adding a "Pay what you want" feature. I believe we've resolved the link issue by enrolling your account in the Domains v2 early access, which eliminates the Cloudflare requirement and provides a cleaner way to manage your domains.

Hey there, sorry for the late response. I didn't check this thread since we handled those issues on our messenger.
The star logo is automatically removed when you use a custom domain. Please keep in mind that redirecting to your event page will not remove the EventConnect logo, you'll need to add our DNS records (listed on the Domains page) to serve the event page under your domain.
If you are having trouble with the DNS setup, I'd be happy to help. Just send us a message on our messenger and we'll assist you with the DNS configurations and help you troubleshoot.

our type of events also has among its goals that of facilitating networking between participants, it would be very important to be able to allow participants to easily exchange contacts using the app. I looked at the roadmap, but I did not find this feature among those coming soon.
