Eventin - Plus exclusive Reviews

I purchased this deal, because I wanted an events plugin that didn't require me to also buy a bunch of add-ons for basic things like allowing participants to RSVP or buy tickets.

One thing I really liked about the plugin is that you could sell tickets by simply installing and activating WooCommerce without needing to create a product for every event that has tickets for sale. You do have to set up a payment gateway, but there's nothing else to do in WooCommerce aside from setting up the payment Gateway.

It also looks really good on the frontend once you create an event.

However, I have tried EventIn on three different client sites and had to remove it, because it simply does not work properly. For example, all of a sudden the ability to go from tab-to-tab will stop working, and the only way to fix it is to right-click on the page, go to Inspect > Application and then clear local storage, session storage, cookies and clear cache storage. Doing all this logs you out of your site. When you log back in, you can then go from tab-to-tab once or twice, and then you're back to not being able to go from tab-to-tab and having to clear everything again.

One two of the three sites where I installed/activated EventIn, it caused conflicts with other plugins. These are sites that have been live and working without issue for several years, so it didn't make sense to me to change other plugins to deal with the conflicts with EventIn. It just made more sense to remove EventIn.

Since my return window has closed, I'm hoping the developers continue to put in work on the plugin to get it to work well.

Themewinter / Arraytics, the people behind Eventin and Timetics are constantly improving and expanding this Wordpress plugin. Since it is integrated with WooCommerce and Elementor, they have chosen the rocky road.

And they have the guts to keep going with patience, responding to every question and request. Sometimes I need to wait a few days but I can be shure somebody courteous and knowledgable will get back to me. If need be also with a video exclusively made for me.

I think that to expand the feature set they invested a lot of ressources and I would be happy if they would in the next steps make these features even more waterproof in conjunction with said plugins to rule out any glitches and master upcoming updates.

With what I have experienced during the past year, I am confident they will continue to succeed, as they continue to improve this product.

There are already several plugins of this kind on Wordpress, but this one is by far the most complete and the one with the best UI.

Its comprehensive interface is incredibly rich in options. What's more, new functions are added regularly. I'm looking forward to version 4, which will be here soon, bringing a whole host of new features and I think it will be hard to beat as an events plugin.

This plugin would have great potential if some absolute basic functionality would not be missing.

We implemented a calender with many events and categorized them. In the frontend if you click a day on the calender all the events for that day will be shown on the right side.

This thing is that these dates are not shown chronological but by creation date of the event and there is no way to sort them.

We talked to the support which just told us that it is simply not possible to show the events in chronological order which is an absolut basic function and would need to be implemented.

Means if you have 3 events that day, one at 8 AM, 10 AM and 2 PM they are most likely shown in a random order.

Since such absolute basic things are missing from this plugin i have to rate it lower then i would like to.

Don't buy, it took almost 1 year long for developers to fix and update plugin. Not yet done anything for multivendor. Too many bugs. Very poor customer services. I do not recommend.
