Q: GDPR Cookie
European Union laws require websites to give European Union visitors information about cookies ...
used and data collected on web pages. In many cases, these laws also require to obtain consent. Many outsource website providers (like in this case Eventsframe) add a notice on our web pages (I produce the webpage in Eventsframe so I'm also responsible for the data on the page) to explain the use of cookies and other data collected. The notice should work as a cookie on the page.
I asked the Eventsframe support to add this cookie to my event pages many many times. I'm begging for this cookie for almost three months now. The cookie is needed by law, it's not my wish. I’m restricted by law to use the app I bought and thought the seller would support it.
I would also like to ask regarding the Eventsframe roadmap published on page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WdHG3lhcgOTXQK2cue7gRz1j8GWyobxo90d2ls4S2dI/edit Is this just another file with plenty of jokes made in the process of heavy marketing this product or it is a promise by the company to deliver updates in due time. Where are the new Event templates which should be delivered in Q3 2018? Now its half of November, right?
Extremely unsatisfied with support, they don't even answer my emails.
Q: Hi - Is it possible for Appsumo users to create an event ticketing site using a custom domain that allows ...
event promoters/producers to sell tickets for their events independently?
In this use case, the event promoters/producers would be able to submit their events and gain access to management capabilities.
Best regards.

Q: I have the old deal and I cannot disable event frame from the print ticket.
Can you explain how to do that.
It seems that the ticket is for an event from you and not by my brand. It is too big.
Thanks
