    1. What premium features are included in all 3 tiers that is listed on AppSumo?

    3. What is Event Hub and why/when would I need it?

    Event Hub is an optional feature, that is useful for organizers of virtual and 

    hybrid events. It adds native streaming capabilities with a built-in broadcast 

    studio, virtual stage, breakout sessions, group chat, 1:1 private chat, attendee 

    networking, speaker ratings, sessions ratings, concurrent sessions, sponsor 

    profiles and much more.

    4. Is Event Hub free for free events?

    No. Event Hub normally costs up to $5/ticket for free events. 

    Exclusive to Appsumo customers, Event Hub is offered at a heavily discounted 

    price of $2/ticket for free events. 

    For paid events, Event Hub will cost 1.5% of the ticket price or $2/ticket. Event 

    organizers can choose to absorb the fee or pass on to attendees.

    5. Do I have to purchase Event Hub to add a simple live stream or webinar to my 

    event?

    No. All three LTD plans already include the ability to integrate live streaming 

    through Zoom, Youtube etc; and combines them with Eventzilla’s registration, 

    speaker & schedule management etc; using the built-in “Online event page” 

    capabilities.

    6. Do I need a Zoom account to use Event Hub?

    Event Hub is primarily about video streaming, live broadcasts to virtual stages 

    and also interactive breakout sessions, in addition to a suite of other 

    collaboration tools such as group chat, private messaging, sponsor hub and 

    more. If you activate Event Hub, you will not have to use external tools such as 

    Zoom.

    7. What is the cost to sell a $100 ticket with Eventzilla with AppSumo deal?

    It will cost roughly $5.20 to $5.89 depending on the payment processor used to 

    process online payments. Remember, with Eventzilla there is an option the event

    organizers to absorb the fee or pass on the fee to attendees.

    8. Can I sell tickets directly on my website?

    Yes absolutely. We have a number of customizable widgets (Ticket sales, event 

    agenda, speakers, event calendar and more) that you can embed on your 

    website and run event registrations entirely without your attendees having to 

    leave your website. Our widgets are simple Javascript based and can run on any 

    website / CMS platform.

    9. How many email invitations can you send per Tier?

    With Tier 1, the user gets 500 email invitations per event.

    With Tier 2 and 3, the user gets 1000 invitations per event.

    10. Can attendees update and/or cancel their registration?

    Yes, Attendees can not only cancel free registrations on their own using a 

    seamless self-service mode, they can also update their registration details, enroll

    for sessions, re-print their tickets and do much more through a seamless self-

    service mode.

    11. Do attendees get a unique QR code when they purchase tickets on 

    Eventzilla?

    Yes. Unique QR codes are assigned to each attendee. These are sent to them 

    through confirmation emails, tickets, name badges, mobile app etc.

    12. How many additional users I can add to my Eventzilla account?

    13. Can I email all the registered attendees about event updates and last minute 

    changes?
