KS83Q: How minutes work?
Are minutes based on watch time of users?
Or upload length in fable?
So if someone watches a 3 minute video 60 times will that be 180 minutes or is it simply the 3 minutes of account useage?
Essentially I am trying to figure out is this consumption based on bandwidth or stream ing from people or total time of uploads to the fable server

2. These are interactive demos where you can add guides in the form of text/ images/ video/ audio.
3. These minutes are limits for these guides alone and nothing to do with consumption.
4. There are no limits to number of demos being created/ viewed across tiers.
Just scanned the video and it is not clear how the minutes work, can you give more details?

Nope, no help. If I have a demo of say for example how to download TeamViewer from its website (a process that is approximate 4 steps (3 screens) that does not use any video or audio) how does that get deducted from the 60 minute total limit?
Fable helps you create interactive demos.
In an interactive demo, you can add guides in the form of text/ images/ audio/ video/ also include external YouTube links.
The limits are for including guides in the form of audio / video only.
Most demos do not even use these.
In your team viewer example, since you are not using any audio/ video - there is no affect on the 60 minutes limit
I have the same question, and, ironically, your solution is to set up a webinar to explain this when you are a company that built software that helps create guides to explain things.
I looked at your website and did not see a minutes limitation so this must be a limitation only for AppSumo deals, therefore, I think it is worth explaining in your AppSumo listing.
The limits of usage are primarily because this is a lifetime deal. If you intend to top-up, please reach out to us.
Vikas, we are not "tyre kickers" and have a genuine interest in purchasing your service but your failure to clearly (and quickly) describe a fundamental limitation of the AppSumo offering does in give us confidence. We do not wish to watch a 30 minute sales pitch for a 30 second answer. How does Fable determine when you are reached the 60 minute (or 180 minute) limitation when no audio is used?
