Q: My lifetime account has been downgraded from tier 3 to a TRIAL
Anybody else suffering the same and been able to reinstate their account to full access?

ok, so SUPPORT replied to my email and advised me that i had a 2nd dashboard / trial account runnning and it was THAT which had been 'suspended' and i was being presented with two choices: upgrade or downgrade.
the solution is to click on the DOWNGRADE button which clears the screen and allows you to access the settings button in the top right of the screen.
once there you click SWITCH ACCOUNTS
