I bought the Tier 2 and am extremely pleased with it. We have a web-app and its so easy to use. I was worried about it recording and if I mess up typing something or clicking something when I wanted to do something else. There is no reason to worry while recording. The editing process is extremely easy as well. I did a full walk through of my web app and messed up at least 10 times during my recording. Edited everything within about 15minutes and blew away my engineering and ops team with this. Worth it!
