Good product, bad service
The product is great, but I had so many issues using it.
First, the AI credits were deducted from my account even though there was an error in generation and nothing was generated. The team said it's refunded, but it's not.
Second, although the demos are great, half of the time it doesn't work at all. The HTML doesn't render correctly. I asked for support, and the responses I get didn't help at all. They told me to re-record the demo, but when I did that the images on the website doesnt render correctly. The webp/png showed up with black backgrounds. The team showed little to no care.
I pinged both the support channel on the website and through email multiple times.
This product could have been great. I thought it was going to be great. But I faced issues and the team completely ignored me. Might ask for a refund soon if they still continue to ignore my requests for help.
Edit:
- The team responded to my first query, and ignored the follow up issues/queries until I wrote this review.
- They said I can't record on my local environment (even though the recording works properly sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, but they didn't clarify why that's the case.), and that's why I re-recorded it on the HTTPS / deployed version. That gave me the issue with the images where it had a black background on images that had transparent background. The team did not get back to me on this.
- They brushed off the credits issue where I paid $6 extra to buy Quilly credits and it got an error (nothing was generated. I had to manually do everything) but then I didn't get any credits back.
They said I did, but I didn't, and they ignored the issue.

1) We have responded to all queries as per the defined time on our support channels.
2) We had mentioned that it will take time to look into the issue but you are not keen to wait and without actually testing it out, we can’t really solve an issue.
3) Please note that you cannot use Fable to record using local host environment - which is why the recording wasn't proper in your case. It needs to be accessed via HTTPS.
4) On the refund - if local host environment is your primary use case - I am afraid Fable is not the right tool. So please go ahead.

1) We have not ignored any issues and can share all detailed threads if needed.
2) Fable cannot be used on local environments. The extension runs on a browser which needs HTTPS. If you do not have a live website/ product to create a demo of - Fable is not the right product for you.
3) On the refund - again - please go ahead as the use case isn't a right match! :)
