I purchased tier 3 of Fable 1.5 years ago and am now told it is shutting down, without any concrete solution, and slightly outside the time frame for the "We Got Your Back" guarantee from AppSumo.

Fable would be a really good piece of software, but unfortunately, we will no longer be able to use it.

I have seen that you made Fable open source, in a desperate attempt to save appearances and avoid public shaming for the sudden decision to shut it down. Unfortunately, for most users, this is not a solution, as not everyone will be able to run the software on their own server. If users bought an LTD for a SaaS, they probably wanted a working solution, not something to hack together on their own server, requiring regular updates and technical knowledge. In addition, you did not even provide any concrete migration process for all our existing content.

This is one of many "Lifetime" deals that shut down shortly after the "We Got Your Back" period expired, so I am really starting to rethink my point of view for such deals, and AppSumo altogether.

If I could, I would give zero tacos, both for Fable and the lack of protection we are getting on AppSumo.
