It does this by letting you upload your product and company information, which is then used to automatically train an agent that can respond quickly and accurately and be deployed instantly.

Our goal with AppSumo is to acquire a meaningful number of paying customers who become long-term users, while also raising awareness of our brand and product in the market.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
We plan to use the AppSumo campaign as a launchpad: the customers we gain will give us real-world usage data and feedback; the cash generated will be reinvested directly into building and shipping more features; and the learnings from support interactions, adoption patterns, and churn will shape our roadmap so the product evolves where it actually delivers value.
