Q: Bought FacePop in Sep, just linked my first FacePop to a custom domain, but the site shows Not Secure/ SSL warning.

I purchased FacePop in September 2025 and recently started exploring the platform. I successfully created my first FacePop and linked it to my custom domain. However, when I visit the link, the browser displays a "Not Secure" warning, which appears to be caused by missing or improperly configured SSL certificate.
>>How do I enable or configure SSL certificate for my custom domain on FacePop?
>>Does FacePop automatically provide SSL certificates for custom domains, or do I need to configure this manually?
>>What are the steps to resolve the "Not Secure" warning and get HTTPS working properly?

A: Hi there,

SSL certificates are automatically generated take about a minute or two to get activated. If it still doesn't work, reach out to hi@facepop.io or share your url here in the comments if possible, I'll fix the SSL for you!

I have just activated the SSL. Refresh now and let me know if it works.

Hi,Fatos. What was the issue? Yeah, thanks. It has been resolved.

Hi Beck,

The SSL issuer did not trust the domain because the CNAME was not fully propagated yet!
