gkcQ: Couple more things
1. Think you need to get your streaming sorted. I have seen some REALLY slow load times. Could do with an option to keep showing the GIF until it plays.
2. When a video is loading, it should still show the close-minimise button because frustrated users will want to close it if the video is not loading.
3. Would love to set different text and CTAs to show after a video plays. So different ones to when the video starts.
4. Also, what actually is the video review widget? I don't see ANY documentation on your website about it. I seem to have a video review widget on Tier 1, so what is the Tier 2 difference?

1. This can sometimes happen due to the CDN and the fact that we enforce HD from the start (as per user requests).
2. That’s a fair point — I’ll fix that ASAP.

4. The review widget is unlocked starting from Tier 2, which allows you to capture and embed video reviews. You’re currently seeing it as a preview/trial of the feature.
