Q: Failed to Instant Embed
I am using WordPress and Divi 5 Builder. I have tried many times to embed the widget in different ways. I have also cleared the cache on my hosting, WordPress, and used an incognito browser, but the website is still not verified. I already followed the instructions here: https://help.facepop.io/getting-started/embedding-the-widget/, but nothing has changed.
I bought Tier 5 and planned to offer Facepop as a white-label service in my agency. However, with issues like this, my future clients will have the same experience, and this SaaS feels broken.
If I don’t get a helpful reply to this comment, I will definitely leave a 1-star review and request a refund immediately.

It seems the issue was using "www" beforehand! I apologize for the inconvenience again, just go ahead and configure your widgets to show via: https://app.facepop.io/facepop/instant-embed

Hi Fatos, thanks for the quick response and for fixing the problem. I had already tried removing "www," but the issue persisted. Since the instructions say to enter "www," I suggest removing that part to avoid confusing users and prevent mistakes. Can we have a Zoom meeting? I want to discuss the correct configuration for my future clients.
