I really like the concept behind FacePop and how it adds a human presence to websites through video pop-ups. I wanted to suggest a feature that could take it even further.
Have you considered adding the ability for the FacePop bubble to become a real-time conversational AI avatar? For example, a visitor could click “Talk to the AI Assistant” and have a live voice conversation with an AI-powered avatar trained on the business’s knowledge base. This could act as a virtual receptionist or sales assistant directly on the website—answering questions, qualifying leads, and booking appointments.
Is something like this currently on your roadmap or something the team might explore in the future?

Because of our background with Answerly, we already have the AI infrastructure to build this. However, real-time video AI is currently too expensive and struggles with latency for smooth, live conversations.
More importantly, we don't want to burden our Sumo-lings with forced, expensive add-on packages just to support a compute-heavy feature like this, it goes against the spirit of our current pricing model.
We are actively monitoring the technology. As video AI performance improves and infrastructure costs drop, we will look into integrating it in a way that makes sense for the platform and our users.
