Hi! Could you please let me know if the hi@... (moderation won't allow full email addresses) email address is still active? I sent a support request a few days ago without a response.

I know, they dont respond but they fix the problems silently like as if they are afraid of speaking English? Does it take to much time to respond? Thanks for the fixes but can you please reply? At least sometimes?
