info6821Q: previous customers plan issue
Hi, I am one of the people who purchased your offer (tier 2) and then had unlimited workspaces and seats. Here's a copy of the page with the offer we purchased: https://web.archive.org/web/20241120213848/https://appsumo.com/products/facepop/
Now, when I log in to my panel, I see that I only have 2 seats and 2 workspaces:

So offer that I see on my dash is downgraded.
The question is: will you reinstate the packages that previous customers purchased back then?

try shift+r to reload website without browsers cache
Yeah it says the unlimited workspaces now. but when you try to add another workspace it prompts you to subscribe to a plan to use this feature.
It works fine on my side. Im able to add more workspaces (tier 2, previous buyer) and invite members to new space.
I left message in chat but no reply yet !! still showing as tier 2 but with wrong limits even in new browser . is the original tier 2 plan equivalent to the current tier 2 plan or 3 plan ? if I purchase more codes will it upgrade to tier 5 ? as there is no change plan option in appsumo but there is redeem code facility in the face pop app ??

The plan has already been updated and a refresh should indicate the new unlimited seas & workspaces since yesterday.
You do not have to upgrade your account unless you want to unlock whitelabel. Your tier 2 is recognized, and you can stack new codes on top to further advance the tier. Ie. with two extra codes you unlock tier 4 with whitelabel.
