Q: SMTP Configuration Issue and Feature Request
Hi FacePop Support,
I am writing to report an issue with the SMTP configuration using Emailit.
Although the FacePop interface indicates that the SMTP setup was successful, I am not receiving any emails during connection tests. I have also attempted to trigger sign-up and password reset emails; while the platform confirms these actions were successful, no emails are being delivered to my inbox.
Additionally, I would like to suggest a feature improvement: please add a "Sender Name" field to the SMTP configuration settings.
Could you please look into why these emails are not being sent and let me know how to resolve this?
