Q: Thinking about getting tier #5. I need to be able to make this a hands off offer for my clients.

Can I set up the white label to sell access to FacePop on a monthly cost basis for my clients and customers, and let the clients create their own Facepops whenever they want to add or change their video or funnel logic for discounts, special offers, holiday events, etc that the company or service business wants to change so I wouldn't get tied down to having to create them for each business? And would that be the same for any of the other 5 app offerings that we have whitelabel? I'm trying to set up a business where after the sale, it would be basically a hands off process for me, except for support issues. Speaking of support, does FacePop handle any client support issues after we make a sale to a new client, or is the support our responsibility? Thanks for the answers, this looks like it could be just what I've been looking for.

1. Yes! With the whitelabel setup, you can let your clients sign up, and charge them on whatever monthly basis you choose. Your clients will have their own secure logins to create, manage, and update their Facepops directly, as well as see your pricing plans, assuming you set everything up in our dashboard.

2. The same whitelabel structure works for our other apps as well, they also work within the same dashboard and offer interoperability.

3. Because this is a true whitelabel solution, your clients will only ever see your branding, not FacePop. To maintain that white label environment, support for your clients is your responsibility. If they have a "how-to" question, they will reach out to you. However, if you run into any underlying technical issues, bugs, or platform outages, we provide full priority support directly to you.
