Q: White Label concerns

I'm excited about the prospects of FacePop and bought level 4 to get access to the white label functions. I'm currently configuring it and have discovered that the default email templates are definitely not ready for white label use - they contain Answerly and FacePop branding and links.

This kills the whole white label concept. If I were to offer this under my own brant and someone signed up, all emails they get reveal Answerly. If this were done correctly, the brand's logo, name and urls would be presented instead of yours.

I'm hoping you agree and will update to correct this oversight. Thanks!

A: Hi there, thank you for the question! Glad you're finding value in FacePop.

As a matter of fact, the email templates can already be edited, and all of our branding can be removed. The same goes for the email address, with your own custom SMTP, you can change the “from” address to yours.

You can find both of these settings under “SMTP” and “Templates” here: https://app.facepop.io/whitelabel/dashboard

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Fatos,

Yes, I understand the templates can be edited. Please follow my workflow thoughts:
A new customer of mine signs up, and all the templates out of the box are stuffed with Answerly links and branding. That's not very white label, is it?

My wish is that the templates automatically populate from variable that contain the branding defined by me and all your other white label clients.

If you updated the templates, then your WL clients would not be forced to spend time on this when it could have been taken care of automatically. I hope you see this from a user's perspective. I do like the product!
