You get 3-sites with one code yet for one more code it jumps to unlimited sites, which is an unusual huge jump. At this time we don't have any plans to expand Pixel Cat to manage other kinds of tracking code (such as for AdWords). It's an interesting idea though.
We do have a simple free plugin for installing Google Analytics (https://wordpress.org/plugins/analytics-cat/). If this gets more popular there's certainly a chance we could look to expand on more...
