What a great price for such an understated tool! Its simple and it does what it says... Brilliant! I've found that it can be used for more that just managing a software change/feature log. One request... It would be nice if the notification email contained more that just the title and generic message. Specifically it should include the entry title and description, at the very least. This would make these notifications more useful and easily manageable within my routing system.

The developer has thought this through well.
However, there hasn't been any new functionality or development in sight for a while now. I hope this will improve and the proposed development ideas will be implemented.

Integration with other solutions you offer would also be a good idea, creating an ecosystem of considerations.
