Solid product and support
It is easy to use. I had it set up quickly. Support helped me get a custom domain configured. I'm glad that it is possible to have different survey flows through the locations option in settings, although I would rather just have different links and flows connected to one business name rather than having to use variations on my business name. Also although the default styling is good, I hope for more customization options in the future for the look and feel. I was unable to use white as a secondary color since the text was also white.

big potential
It's not quite the testimonial.to alternative yet - as far as I can see it is not yet possible to add random reviews (eg. from a Facebook comment) or just a simple screenshot to the testimonial wall.
But the whole testimonial collection flow process is nice and easy - including the option to ask for videos ($39 LTD at the time of writing).

Great frictionless way to collect reviews & testimonials - highly recommended!
I love the ease of setup of Feedback Link and the way that I can tag the reviews that come in and then use those tags to include reviews in different places on my site... eg those related to 'product A' automatically added to Product A landing page wall of proof.... Product B reviews on the Product B page etc...
I contacted Feedback Link support on a couple times as I integrated it into my site and got a very fast response on each occasion.
I bought the lifetime Deal and then added the LTD for video in the app after purchase. Got my first video review within minutes of sharing out my feedback link! This combination is a no brainer for me.
I should have been collecting reviews and testimonials months/years ago, and the reason for not doing it is the friction involved in requesting and processing them. Feedback Link has solved that issue for me and I'm very happy about it! Thank you Pieter for creating Feedback Link! 🙏😊
