With social proof being so important for any business this is a must have tool in my opinion. The ability to send a single easy link to a customer that then goes on to generate reviews on different platforms and receive feedback on the service I can then feedback into improving things is perfect. I'm currently using the website widget too which is really really cool. It has all the features I need and Pieter has been super helpful getting things set up.
