Awesome feedback tool, missing important features

I have used many feedback tool and Feedback link has the best design and smoother user experience for customers to rate and review.
However, there are some features that are critical for the business collecting the feedback:

1. When a customer inputs a low rating / negative feedback, the business is not notified by email. We have to manually log in every day to see if internal feedback collected, making it super inefficient for clients to do.

2. When a customer inputs internal feedback, the survey asks them for their name and email and oddly their job title and company. This might be useful for B2B but not B2C. Businesses need to be able to immediately call unhappy customers and not just ask them for their email to address their negative experience (can be perceived as impersonal and cold). Enabling the feature to add a field to collect mobile number is a must.

The above are a deal breaker to onboard clients to use this feedback tool for the business. I'd appreciate if they can be addressed at the soonest.

I will be adding more feedback if I encounter more hurdles. Thanks
