It's a great tool to collect customer feedback, but in the feedback flow some of our customers got tangled up, so there is still room for improvement there.

I would also wish for personalized website rating widgets or an API to generate personalized rating links. When it's an existing customer, we usually do already have his/her name and email-address, so we just want them to take 30 seconds to submit a rating and not to re-enter their whole details.

The logic needed for this is in place already, because they have personalized links in the emails, so it should be rather straightforward to provide the same functionality through a personalized widget link or API call.
