No longer supported?
I haven't heard back from support even though their chat widget says they'll respond in a few hours. It feels like their integrations might not even be supported anymore. The API won’t connect, and the Zapier link says it’s expired. It’s almost like the server is off and someone just needs to turn it back on, but they’re not checking their emails.
I saw an earlier review posted in Feb of 2026 asking about documentation and then a month later feedback responded that they've been "locked-in working on an big upgrade for the platform over the past few weeks, and fell behind on our support."
Are they still locked in? I'm posting two months after that response and my support experience has been the same.
I will say that what works, works great. The support is lacking.

Due to some unforseen personal circumstances I was unable to support this platform for a few weeks, and the support inbox fell completely behind.
We are indeed still supporting it, and have just migrated away from our old review import platform, in favour of a more reliable method of importing reviews, along with some bug fixes.
