I am very disappointed with this software. For the past several months, I have not seen any results or activity from the platform. To verify that everything was working correctly, I checked several of my own email accounts to see if survey invitations were being sent, but I received nothing.

Customer feedback is an important part of my business, and I rely on this software to help me stay connected with my customers. At this point, I am concerned that the system may no longer be functioning properly or that there may be a serious issue affecting email delivery.

I would appreciate a prompt explanation and an update on the status of the service. If the software is no longer being actively maintained or supported, please let your customers know so we can make informed decisions. I do not want to lose opportunities to collect feedback from my customers because of a system that is not working as expected.
