Tokens are used for premium actions across the platform.

Most actions cost 4–12 tokens, depending on the activity.

For certain collaboration activities, the person creating the opportunity can choose the token requirement.

This helps ensure applicants are genuinely interested and encourage high-quality applications.

With 500–2,000 lifetime tokens every month (depending on your tier), users will have more than enough tokens for regular platform activity.
