Currently, we manage multiple brands. Does FeedGuardian support multiple brands, and can each have its own workspace with different team members, access, and access levels?
Without workspace this tool is useless for my use case.

@Jan_FeedGiardian, any limit on number of workspaces? I like the fact that you have architected the app and system to have just one (real) limit based on number of comments and DMs. That’s the way it should be. One could have 3,500 channels connected and that would allow 1 comment/DM per channel average for that month. 😆

Amount of workspaces:
Tier 1: 1 workspaces
Tier 2: 2 workspaces
Tier 3: 5 workspaces
Tier 4: 10 workspaces
You are able to already connect all these channels in one organization and manage the knowledge separately.

So what would be the advantage of having workspaces and why would there be any limit or such a low limit on workspaces of the real limit is number of comments and DMs?

Tier 4 with 10 workspaces are too low.

I was excited with the workspaces announcement but then got extremely disappointed with the number of workspaces planned. $500 for 10 workspaces on top tier or $250 for 5 workspaces with limits on DMs as well? I’ll pass.

Please suggest amount of workspaces in each tier that would work for you?
T1: 1 workspace
T2: 5 workspaces
T3: 10 workspaces
T4: 20 workspaces
IMO with this structure, anyone on the fence between a lower or higher tier will purchase the higher one, resulting in more sales for you guys (it will surely incentivize T1 people to buy a T2 instead). If someone is deciding between a T2-T3 or T3-T4, doubling up the workspaces, will convince them opt for the most expensive.

Jan, I would increase the limits of T4 or adding a white label solution only for T4. Currently T4 has nothing special. It's like 2 T3. T3 is better than T4 imho.
@Jan_FeedGiardian we work with small businesses and the lack of unlimited workspaces is a deal breaker. This is a low cost (or neglectable) feature for you and the real limit is the number of comments per month. For Tier 4 it should be at least 50 workspaces (and include white label) and Tier 3, 25 workspaces

You can connect all your accounts from a single workspace, and get this—within the same workspace you can invite people and give them access to their socials, plus set up a specific prompt for each social.
