Great Progress and Very Receptive to Feedback!
The founders, Jan and Lenart, are incredibly responsive. I recently reached out about needing live, clickable links in DMs, and they implemented the capability almost immediately. Also, after my initial review with feedback regarding needing more genuine testimonials on their site, as well as needing more granular control with turning off the auto-reply feature to manually respond to one person's comments or messages (not just a universal toggle that affects everyone), they implemented these quickly within only a few days!! We are an online fashion company and before we had staffs who would spend more time on replying comments that are very repetitive. now that i got feedguardians, Ai is taking care of it be it in the morning, or night, or even my staffs are on holidays. this is great. the Ai is part is what i liked.

FeedGuardians is a winner. The UI is beautiful and it's incredibly easy to navigate. Getting 20 workspaces in Tier 4 is a massive plus. Overall, it’s a great idea and I think it's a very solid app.

I just setup FeedGuardians on my platforms. I was able to connect everything I wanted to, and I think maybe it took me one minute! I'm super impressed with the intuitive interface. It's very user friendly, and I believe this is going to save me a ton of time monitoring comments by trolls. I noticed that I can monitor comments on BlueSky, but I can't react to them through the app. I have to log into BlueSky to do that. Are you working on that integration?
