I was very excited about this deal and tried to connect the chatbot to my Facebook page. However, I realized that there is currently no real knowledge base training option only some unclear template questions. There is no option for training through URL crawling or adding custom text instructions.
Is this something that will be available in the near future?

We've recently added 'Writing Tips' at the top of the knowledge base page where you can see what the best practices for writing knowledge are.
The FeedGuardians workflow works in such a way that the AI crawls the post or ad destination link and generates knowledge based on that data, which is then passed into the response logic. So if you're an e-commerce store and you have comments on an ad that leads to your product page, our AI will have knowledge about that product.
The problem with just adding a URL for crawling is that it's unclear what your brand voice is or how you handle negative or positive sentiment in your comment section.
