The system works only with future posts, meaning it won’t apply retroactively to content that has already been published. It supports both Instagram and Facebook, including comments and DMs, and works with organic as well as paid posts.
The type of automation you’re describing is available through our Smart DM Automation add-on. Arabic is fully supported, including RTL text formatting.
