dr-ammarQ: Keyword-Based Auto Replies to Comments — Supported or Planned?
Hi FeedGuardian team,
I’m currently building a keyword-driven funnel and wanted to clarify something important before scaling.
Is it possible (or planned) to automatically reply to comments on posts based on specific keywords?
For example:
User comments “ECG” → auto public reply: “Great! I’ll send you the ECG guide.”
User comments “Case” → different auto reply
User comments “Guide” → another customized reply
Ideally, this would work alongside DM automation, so each keyword triggers:
A specific public comment reply
A corresponding DM flow
Also:
Can these keyword triggers be managed at scale (large keyword list)?
Can replies be customized per keyword (not just one generic reply)?
This feature would be extremely powerful for building automated educational funnels.

thanks for this question. We are just looking into if it is relevant for us to build not just autoreplies but whole conversations inside DM's.
You can already have this inside the app, but you would need to specify inside the knowledge base what you want for AI to respond to specific keyword.
But this looks like a good feature for building funnels on social media. Will look into it and respond in a couple of days when and how we can build it.
