Q: Quick question regarding keyword automation
Quick question regarding keyword automation: Once a message is triggered and sent, what happens if the customer replies? Is FeedGuardians designed to handle the ongoing conversation, or does it require manual takeover at that point?

If the customer replies, you can toggle auto drafting replies or auto responding and FeedGuardians can reply in your stead.
You can choose if you want to reply manually or not, totally up to you :D

Does turning off auto-responding affect all other customers as well? Ideally, you should be able to toggle off the option by customer.

I don't understand the use case. Our customers usually don't have the time to deal with specifics like toggling on and off for different customers as that takes up a lot of time so they either toggle the auto-responding ON or OFF.

Honestly, it’s baffling to hear that "manual takeover" for messaging individual customers wasn’t built in. If I have to choose between a global "Bot Only" or "Human Only" mode, the tool is essentially getting in the way of closing deals.
Most platforms prioritize an "exit ramp" for the bot the second a human steps in. This is a big miss.
Agreed. You use automation to handle hundreds of people so you can find the one person worth talking to manually. If you can't silence the bot for that one person, you risk the bot "fighting" you and looking like a mess.
