Great Progress and Very Receptive to Feedback!
The founders, Jan and Lenart, are incredibly responsive. I recently reached out about needing live, clickable links in DMs, and they implemented the capability almost immediately. Also, after my initial review with feedback regarding needing more genuine testimonials on their site, as well as needing more granular control with turning off the auto-reply feature to manually respond to one person's comments or messages (not just a universal toggle that affects everyone), they implemented these quickly within only a few days!! Having leadership that listens and ships updates that fast is a major plus and something that deserves praise on this platform!

Yes, it's true that we've had the testimonials up since beta test but we've just haven't had the time to swap them with real users because we're busy with providing value for our actual customers. But I totally agree that it's overshadowing our legitimate work and we'll work on replacing them soon. Care to be the first one? :D
