Yes, you should use Workspace per client. If you have 25 clients and you are planning to add Feedspace as value added service in your agency package, you should have 25 workspaces

Why?

1 - Unique custom domain can be connected at workspace. So each clients can have their own custom domain attached to their workspace
2 - Team member invite is at workspace level, so you can invite your client to their respective workspace and they can't see other's workspace and data.
3 - Forms, wall of love, widgets etc.. all stay inside workspace. So think like workspace as a collection of everything related to one client. Even API, Webhooks are at workspace level so if you wish to do automation for some clients but not for all, it's a perfect setup.

You can always import clients testimonial in their respective workspace by clicking on "Import" from left side bar and choose the platform from where you want to import.. we support 110+ platforms. You can also install our Google chrome extension and also ask Clients to install as well so you can capture reviews from anywhere on internet.

Just paste the FB page link, and click on Get reviews. You can import unlimited reviews. If you want to import Linkedin Recommendations, please install Google chrome extension and just right click on Linkedin recommendation to import.
