Q: Hello, I have now purchased Tier 2 and two things have caught my attention that unfortunately bother me and ...

significantly reduce the value for me!

After a customer submits their feedback, the message "Thank you very much for your support! We appreciate your support very much and hope you like our product." appears. However, I offer services (consultations, coaching, training) and cannot influence or change this text.

When I receive feedback, I want my customers to know that it is honest feedback and not fake. However, the feedback does not display the name or email address, so potential customers with "Book of Love" etc. have no way to verify or similar. That does not build trust.

Am I doing something wrong here, or is there no way to adjust the text at my point 1 or to better adapt it to the service? Is there a way to at least request or add a name in the feedback?

I would appreciate clarification.

So I now understood your second point completely and I can see a solution is there which is combine three forms into one, have customization options for Text form and then let customers decide whether they want to capture customer's name and email and profile pic or no.

1 - Thank you page text, yes we are aware about it, and working on to make it custom so that you can set your text whatever you want to show to your users after they submit the feedback. 2 - I need some clarity on your second question though, however I did understand it but don't want to assume further. Otherwise based on my understanding, you want to show the name and email of user who provided the feedback on "Book of Love" so others can verify and build trust around your business. However concern may be to show user's email to public, hence we are showing name for now.

Thank you for your response. I'm glad to support new projects like yours, especially when they focus on customer orientation, listen to the community, and strive to continually improve the product. Good feedback is crucial for product enhancement, and I would be happy to contribute.

Regarding point 1: Many, including myself, would appreciate if the text for submitting feedback could be customizable. This would provide more flexibility in tailoring the forms to specific needs. I'm pleased to hear that this feature might already be in development.

Additionally, I suggest adding a feature when creating the text template to make the display of "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" optional. This means there would be no option to give a thumbs up or down in the feedback. Alternatively, you could consider adding a star-rating function. Please don't take this as criticism, but rather as a friendly and constructive suggestion from my side.

Concerning point 2: I apologize for any lack of clarity in my previous message. What I meant was, I sent someone a link for a "Test-Feedback" via email (text version). This was then promptly sent back to my Feedspae homepage – super easy and practical. Now, when I check "Recently Received Feeds," I see the received feedback messages. However, what's displayed is a circle symbol for a profile picture, followed by the name, which reads only "Name Not Provided," and below it says "No Email Provided." My question here is: When collecting feedback, it's essential for both me and potential viewers of the reviews (on a review wall, for example, on my website) to see a name displayed, or at least more than "Name Not Provided." The purpose of feedback is to build trust authentically with potential new customers. How can I ensure that the name (e.g., just the first name, considering privacy) of the customer is displayed? I sent the person's link via email to see if at least the customer's email address is displayed in my system, so I know who provided the review. Alternatively, am I supposed to enter the name and email address of the person who gave the review myself? If so, I haven't found this function anywhere. It's understandable for privacy reasons that no email address is publicly disclosed in a review, but there must be a reason for this field (e.g., for me as the operator to see which person with which email address provided a review).

I would be delighted to take advantage of the Request Demo offer. Since my English language skills are not particularly strong, I prefer not to burden you unnecessarily with verbal communication, opting instead for written correspondence, which hopefully allows for better understanding of my concerns.

Thank you for your feedback.

Customizing the text form according to individual needs would significantly enhance its value. Additionally, it would be advantageous to provide customers with the option to display their identity (first name and/or last name) and make the email address (only visible to me as the creator of the feedback form) visible, enabling effective response to feedback. These options would open up entirely new avenues for me to handle feedback.

Furthermore, integrating it into my own website would make a lot of sense, as it would provide me, as the creator, with the opportunity to work with new customers and their feedback.

If you incorporate and implement these options into your roadmap, I see even more potential in your application. I'm counting on you.

We already have a feature in Tier 4 that you can put feed forms to your website instead of having it on feedspace.io - it's in Custom Domain tab under your account tab.

Text customization is on the way, please look at the Roadmap - which is on website footer link.
