1.) Great product! Is there a dashboard to manage the workspaces?
Answer: Dashboard for now is to let you know what actions you need to take further on each steps. We are revamping our UI, so you will see a 10x better product in upcoming months. For now it's to manage workspaces, import social feeds, create forms, navigating to other pages, other latest feeds.

2.) Can roles and responsibilities be assigned to each workspace?
Answer: We are working on feature called "Invite Team members" through which you can invite others in your Feedspace account, they can either have one or multiple workspace access.

3.) Can you manage or assign storage for each workspace?
Answer: No.

4.) Can additional storage be purchased if needed? If so, what is the cost for additional storage?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase additional purchase. It's yearly subscription based starting from 100GB to 1TB ranging from $49/year to $250/year

5.) Can you manage or allocate the number of audio feed forms, video feed forms, text feed forms and Walls of Love to a workspace?
Answer: No

6.) Can each workspace have a different brand or logo?
Answer: Not yet, but working on something to spin off so you can have different logos for each feed forms even.

7.) Are the feedback links specific to a certain platform?
Answer: Couldn't understand it well, care to explain?

8.) Can I place the feedback received on the platform of my choice?
Answer: Yes you can.

9.) Does the platform that you want to received feedback have to determine prior to sending out the request for feedback?
Answer: No, it's customization so you can have smart switching.

10.) Is there a training video or instructions of the White-labeled process? If so, please provide.
Answer: Please email us at support@feedspace.io we will guide you through if you have purchased Tier 4 from Appsumo. If deal is closed, don't worry, we have yearly plan for the same.
