Okay so I finally had a chance to take FeedSpace out for a spin. I must admit I had to get used to the navigation a bit because it was different then most tools I had used in the past. Why? Because it given me more ways to capture testimonials then I had previously been able to capture so I had to get used to it. To capture audio testimonials or text testimonials was new and different to me. This allows me to now add audio endorsements in my podcast with ease. Over all it is not like we have never seen tools capture testimonials before, but what they did was take it to a new level with the Screen Capture feature. One of the things that I love about a new tool that comes is the responsiveness of the questions, techsupport, and updated features. Feedspace past my test with flying colors in all categories.

- Need more flexibility with forms customization

- Should add some type of star system for text feed back (minor but could work well)
- Redirect after submission would be nice to have.

Overall this tool is a hidden gem and while most may have a similar tool this ads a few more things to your tool belt.
