I've tried Senja, Testimonial.to, Shosay , and a bunch of 'free' versions for testimonial and review management. They are great, but the monthly cost for multiple workspaces and imports was a bit hard to swallow.
With Feedspace, I've had 4 feature requests within the first 3 days of buying it, all 4 are added. (Reddit comment import, Facebook reply import, Apple App Store review import, Android App. Store review import). Founder is super responsive.

Just upgraded to Tier 4 and will be joining the affiliate program. The pace of upgrades is A+++++. If they keep this pace and stability, it'll be the best review and testimonial management software of 2025.
